Reflexology for Women
A ceremony for awakening the inner systems and organs of the body through gentle pressure points on the feet.
A Natural Path to Wellness
Reflexology is a therapeutic method where reflex points on the soles of the feet are pressed in specific ways that affect all systems of the body. Reflexology awakens the body's natural healing powers, helping to increase blood and energy flow throughout all organs and systems.
Through Reflexology, you can address specific body imbalances or support natural revitalization. The massage is performed on clean feet using a small amount of oil and a massage stick for firm, precise pressure on specific points. After the session, the whole body feels relaxed, and the feet feel alive and awakened.

When Reflexology Should Not Be Applied
Reflexology is a gentle, harmless, and natural method. However, there are some conditions that require special consideration during treatment. In these cases, care is taken to avoid prolonged or intense work in affected areas.
Specifically, reflexology is not recommended for individuals with thrombosis, phlebitis, diabetes, cancer, psychiatric conditions, or heart diseases. It should also be avoided before scheduled surgery and during early pregnancy.
Please note that reflexology cannot be performed when there are contagious conditions and/or skin conditions present on the feet.
