I offer you a supportive space where we listen to your body's needs and adjust the massage accordingly. The Thai massage is performed on a padded mat on the ground, it's a full body massage and you are clothed. An example of a massage might include, work on: back, sciatic area, legs, feet, belly, hands, arms, neck, shoulders, head and finishes with stretching. A full body immersion session typically lasts around 2 hours. Every session is customized to your needs, and we can adjust the duration as needed.

Thai massage is a non-medicinal remedy and manual therapy that involves bodily manipulation in which the practitioner helps re-balance the client's body, energy, and structure. It helps treat conditions believed to be caused by blocked energy flow in the body.

Practical Information

Please wear or bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothes (with long pants).
Before your first session, a detailed health assessment will be completed to check for any contraindications.
During menstruation, Thai massage can help soften the tissues and release pain.
During pregnancy, there is special care and focus on the most tense body parts allowing relaxation without any threat to the baby. Thai massage can only be performed after the third month of pregnancy.

For the massages, I invite you to a space I created with a lot of love and care. My focus is to ensure this space brings you safety and a peaceful feeling. I have carefully selected all the equipment I use. For me, everything I choose must be in harmony with the well-being of all parties involved, from Nature to the people crafting it to you, the receiver. There is also the possibility of me coming to your place if that fits my schedule.
